All the staff here are incredible. SO nice and truly take the time to explain everything and help patients (both pets and parents) feel at ease. Dr. Conley is amazing!!! Very comforting and spends a lot of time to explain everything that's going on with your pet. I'm so thankful she was Biscuit's doctor!

I saw Dr krenicki and her nurse Kelly. I have to say my experience was fabulous. I was there for acupuncture for my french bulldog . They where so caring g and kind . Listen to all of my questions. Dr Krenicki was able to treat Mikie..with acupuncture he did great. Dr gave me all kind of wonderful information.im am going back loved this place. And as a side note they have hot chocolate. Just a overall outstanding visit.

Dr. Feeney is the best veterinarian I have ever worked with. I had the pleasure of working with her for years at a previous practice, and I was thrilled when she joined Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital after we transferred there. At my most recent appointment, I was reminded why I trust her so much. As a parent with young children and a limited budget, I appreciated being treated with understanding and respect. Dr. Feeney thoroughly explained the benefits of the recommended blood work for my senior dog, but she also took the time to listen when I explained that, given my dog's age, we would likely choose comfort and quality of life over extensive treatment if a serious issue were found. What stood out most was her compassion and lack of judgment. She never made me feel guilty about my decision and reassured me that choosing not to pursue every possible intervention does not mean my dog is any less loved or cared for. Her approach is both professional and realistic, especially when it comes to balancing veterinary care with the financial realities many families face. Dr. Feeney genuinely cares about her patients and their families. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Conley was great! It was our first time meeting her. She answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. She was gentle with our pet. She referred to our four year old cat as “the baby”, which was very correct of her. We hope we see her again!

We bring our 3 year old retriever mix to K9 Resorts. She goes to daycare and boarding. She’s been going there since she was 4 months old. Everyone is very friendly. She loves going there. We know she’s safe and is in good hands.

I’ve been taking my French bulldog here for about 2 years now. He started aqua acupuncture in December with Dr. Rizzitano to help with his IVDD flare ups. Dr. Rizzitano is the best! He is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. The whole staff is also amazing. They are friendly, professional & so welcoming. My dog is always treated with so much kindness, and I feel completely confident bringing him here. Highly recommend! Coco & I appreciate you all at BVH. Thank you for always taking good care of my boy!

My dogs and I love Dr. Krenicki! Freya was going for her check up. Ripley was not scheduled, but had a bad cut. She squeezed him in and was so gracious about it. She is so kind and I really trust her judgement with my Golden Retrievers!!

We are so grateful to the entire staff at Bridgewater Veterinary Group. After adopting a hound mix two Decembers ago with severe anxiety (and later allergy issues), they have stood by our family providing Penny Lane with the care and patience she needs. We know they love and understand Penny, despite her deafening bark and extra reaction to nail trims. We are especially grateful to Dr. Feeney for her responsiveness and specialized behavioral care. Penny most appreciates the fish treats!

Been taking all of my pets to BVH for over a year now. Transparent pricing, thorough exams, clean, personable and staff that CARES. Very happy that my dog is in their safe and capable hands. Thanks for all that you do! If anything, I’d like to see them open a department specializing in exotics.
